1. How can I place an order?
We want to make it easy for you! You can place your order online, phone, fax or mail. Info is below.

Order online:
Using our online shopping cart. As you browse our product pages, click on the item description for a detailed item information. If you want to purchase this item, put the quantity of the item in the Qty box and click the Buy Now button. When you are done shopping review the items in the shopping cart, you may make any necessary changes at that time, and complete the ordering process. The Secure Server will pass your order information to the order processing system for immediate processing. We use IPay 88 for the order processing. The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card information with Industry Standard SSL Encryption Technology.

Order by phone, fax or mail:
You may phone to 604-6403231 or Fax to 604-6403232 or mail to our address your order. Place your order as you normally would. Then when you are finish shopping click on View Cart. Then simply click the Print on your browser and send us or fax the copy. Make payment by banking in money to our account Direct 2u Shop Sdn Bhd 3146272503 Public Bank Berhad or use internet banking transfer payment.
2. How can I pay for my order?

3. When will my order be sent to me?
Most items ship Skynet/Freight carrier throughout Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Orders will normally ship next business day and allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.
4. What if my item is damaged in transit?
There are rare instances when our products are damaged in the delivery process. Upon receipt please inspect the item carefully. If there is damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us at 604-6403231. If the defect is noticed after delivery, please notify us and we will make arrangements for the item to be replaced.
5. Do you accept returns?
We are glad to accept returns on merchandise purchased from us within a 14 day period from the date you receive your order. To return contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note items can only be returned if they are not open and in their original packing. A 15% restocking fee applies.
6. Do you ship international?
Yes we do ship international. However the actual shipping charges will vary and will be based on the actual amount charged by the courier/Freight service. International orders must be prepaid by credit cards.
7. Is it possible to purchase directly from your showroom?
Yes you are most welcome to visit us and buy directly over the counter. In addition to this you can also make your purchases from our list of distributors we have throughout the country. Please go to the distributor tab to find one nearest to you.
